  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Find new tenders, applying for the new tenders (online & offline mode) as well as prepare all documentation and submission of tender before deadline
  • Planning and preparing presentations
  • Communicating new tender/project developments to prospective clients
  • Handling all portals related to tender/projects (Skill/Content/Subtitling/eLearning/Translation/Dubbing) such as
  • SMART (Skill India), State Skill Development Missions DAY-NULM MP,DDU-GKY, USTTAD, BID Assist, E-procurement etc.)
  • Attend Pre-bid meeting as per schedule and requirement
  • To ensure the project cost, profit, service and organizational goals
  • Travel to attend Pre-bid/meetings with respective Ministry/client for the relevant new Project/ Project progress
  • Follow ups with respective Ministry for tender process.
  • Communicate with Ministry over the email, telephonically, scheduled meeting, and ensure the meet their requirements timely.
  • Project Planning, Scheduling, Updating, Tracking and Reporting of Project Progress. Exploring opportunities in the skill market that can be helpful in the growth of the organization.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Business Development liaising with skill training institution, state & central govt. for Skill development projects
  • Regularly follow ups with TCs on the project progress.
  • Follow ups and provides support TCs to ensure the TCs Criteria meet, Inspection related, Branding, Training, Mobilization, Assessments & Placements. Prepare Documentation as per guideline related to particular task and share to TCs
  • Communicate/meeting with Team for the project related requirements/new project requirements. Provide support to the team on daily basis project task (activities)
  • Making MOUs to respective project as per requirements

  • Should have experience in Tendering/Govt. projects
  • Must know the whole process to applying the new Tender/project online and offline mode. Expertise in Bid participation, Tendering, Documentation, Presentation
  • Expert to applying Skill Development, e Learning, curriculum/content development, subtitling, Translation, dubbing Tender.
  • Should know about the documentation
  • Should know the about the guidelines and updates on daily basis
  • Must efficient to handle the daily basis activities such as finding new tender, client discussion(new leads & old leads), applying new tenders, making documents relevant to tender
  • Good knowledge about the Portals skill development and other relevant tender


Travelling is mandatory.

  • Assist the Director in the timely management of communications; including written, telephone, email, and voicemail and power point presentations is must.
  • Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
  • Assist in the management and organization of the Director’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities.
  • Manage and coordinate travel for both business arrangements.
  • Spend time and become familiar with all aspects of business.
  • Assist in screening calls, email, transmittals, and visitors.
