We participate in various State Govt. skill development initiatives as a project implementation partner for upskilling the underprivileged youth of those states -improving their employability and socio-economic status.

Window Technologies contributes effectively to various skill development initiatives taken by different State Governments in our country. We aim to enhance skills in the youth of our country, especially the young individuals in rural areas aged between 18-35. We help them to earn a sustainable living by teaching employable skills and growing along with India's rapidly growing economy. We understand the existing skill gap and work with various government bodies to bridge that skill gap with industry-specific and result-driven training that help underprivileged young individuals become skilled professionals.

Our Role

Window Technologies efficiently understands how critical skill development is for the social and economic growth of India. Considering India's changing demographics, providing employment opportunities for the millions of young people who reach working age each year is crucial. The candidates must get the required training and education to produce a workforce ready for future employment. As we know, there is a skill gap; we help close it through government-initiated projects and raise the necessary skill levels for candidates according to demographics and industries.

With our expertise in skill development and our deep understanding of the Indian job market, we are dedicated to raising the necessary skill levels to ensure that candidates are job ready and equipped to meet the demands of the future.

Our Work

We currently work in West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Punjab, covering telecom, IT, and IT-ITeS industry training. We provide training here in the following courses - Customer Relationship Management, Customer Care Executive, Telecom Customer Care Executive, and Associate Customer Care for both voice and non-voice processes.
